Northern Spirits Appoints Shweta Almal as Company Secretary

Northern Spirits Limited has made a regulatory disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations.

The Board of Directors of the company, at its meeting held on Monday, August 3, 2026, approved the appointment of Mrs. Shweta Almal (ACS 35039) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the company. This appointment is effective from August 3, 2026.

The appointment was made based on the recommendation of the company's Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Mrs. Shweta Almal is approximately 39 years old and is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She holds a Bachelor in Commerce (Hons) degree from the University of Calcutta. She has overall experience of over 10 years in the fields of company law, finance, secretarial, and compliance-related matters.

This appointment fills the position previously held by a company secretary who has resigned from the company. Mrs. Almal does not hold any shares in the company.
