Terms and Conditions
The Agreement provides for an exclusive manufacturing and supply arrangement, with products to be supplied exclusively to Pidilite Industries Limited. The arrangement is:
- Valid for three years from October 15, 2026
- Subject to earlier termination according to its terms
- Renewable for further periods by mutual written agreement
Commercial Terms
Pricing and payment terms shall be mutually agreed upon in writing and specified in the relevant purchase orders issued from time to time.
