3. Scrutinizer Appointment: M/s. Bharat Khaniwal, Practicing Company Secretary (Membership No. ACS-29035, Firm Registration No. S2025RJ1026200), appointed as Scrutinizer for conducting Remote E-voting and E-voting during the EGM.

4. Cut-off Date: Wednesday, 24th June 2026, set as the cut-off date for determining eligibility to vote by electronic means.
