Document Distribution Details

The Annual Report for 2025-26 and Notice of the 37th AGM are being sent electronically to members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Registrar & Share Transfer Agent/Depository Participants. For shareholders without registered email addresses, the company is providing web links to access these documents:

Special Window for Physical Share Transfers

SEBI Circular No. HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/3750/2026 dated 30th January 2026 has established a special window for transfer and dematerialization of physical securities that were sold/purchased prior to 1st April 2019. This window also applies to previously rejected/returned transfer requests due to documentation deficiencies. Key conditions:

  • Transferred securities will be mandatorily credited to the transferee only in demat mode
  • Securities will be under lock-in for one year from the date of registration of transfer
  • During the lock-in period, securities cannot be transferred, lien-marked, or pledged
  • Eligible shareholders may submit transfer requests to the RTA or the Company at investors@nprfinance.com
