He possesses nearly 33 years of professional experience. His most recent role was Chief Technology Officer at BSE Limited (Bombay Stock Exchange), where he led the technology transformation of the systemically important financial institution. His expertise lies in mission-critical market infrastructure, including stock exchange operations, clearing and settlement ecosystems, and large-scale, low-latency platforms. He also served as a Director on the boards of multiple BSE subsidiaries.
Prior to BSE, Mr. Kelkar was the Chief Technology & Digital Officer at ICICI Securities. In that role, he was responsible for defining and executing the firm's digital transformation strategy, which included revamping mobile applications, API-fication, and developing intuitive customer journeys.
