NTPC Green Energy 95.6 MW Solar Project Commercial Operation

Project Details

The fifth part capacity of 95.6 MW of Kalasar Solar Energy Project, located in Bikaner, Rajasthan, has been declared on commercial operation. This project is part of the 650 MW Solar component under the 500 MW REMCL RTC Project of NTPC Renewable Energy Limited, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of NTPC Green Energy Limited.

Commercial Operation Date

The commercial operation is effective from 00:00 hours of 30.10.2026.

Capacity Impact

With this addition:

• The current commercial capacity of NTPC Green Energy Limited group increases from 11,328.69 MW to 11,424.29 MW
• Net capacity addition: 95.6 MW
