NTPC Green Energy Declares 105 MW Solar Commercial

Key Quantitative Figures & Project Details

The eighth and final part capacity of 105 MW out of the 1200 MW Khavda-II Solar PV Project has been declared on commercial operation. The project is located in Gujarat and is owned by NTPC Renewable Energy Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of NTPC Green Energy Limited.

Effective Date

The commercial operation date is effective from 00:00 hours of 28.05.2026.

Capacity Impact

• The current commercial capacity of the NTPC Green Energy Limited Group was 10,516.40 MW.
• With the addition of this 105 MW capacity, the total installed capacity of the NTPC Green Energy Limited Group will increase to 10,621.40 MW.
