Annual General Meeting Details

The 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NTPC Limited will be held on Thursday, 27th August 2026 at 10:30 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).

Distribution of AGM Materials

In accordance with circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI, the Notice of the AGM along with the Annual Report for Financial Year 2025-26 will be sent by electronic mode only to those members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Depositories.

Dividend Record Date

Dividend Details

The Final Dividend is ₹3.50 (Three Rupees fifty paise only) per share on the face value of ₹10 each. This dividend was recommended by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 23rd May 2026 for the Financial Year 2025-26.

Dividend Payment Timeline

If the Final Dividend is approved at the ensuing AGM, payment will be made on or after 23rd September 2026, subject to deduction of tax at source.
