Event Context
The launch occurred at the inaugural Nucleus Synapse Vietnam event held in Vietnam under the theme "AI in Lending: From Potential to Performance in Vietnam" with sub-theme "From Intelligent Decisioning to Smarter Collections". The event brought together more than 100 CXOs and senior leaders from Vietnam's banking, financial services and technology ecosystem.
Strategic Expansion in Vietnam
Vietnam represents Nucleus Software's largest market in Southeast Asia and a key part of its long-term regional strategy. The company has customers including leading financial institutions MB Bank and Vietcombank.
In February 2026, the company incorporated Nucleus Software Vietnam Company Limited, a wholly owned local entity, and established its office in Hanoi. This entity formalizes local delivery, hiring and contracting capabilities and enables engagement under Vietnamese procurement and compliance frameworks.
