Nucleus Software's committee granted 250,000 RSUs convertible into equity shares under its 2026 scheme.
The RSUs have an exercise price of Rs. 10 per unit, set at the face value of the company's shares.
Vesting commences after a minimum one-year period from the grant date, with a maximum four-year vesting schedule.
The scheme will be implemented primarily via secondary market acquisitions by a trust, as per SEBI regulations.
