Resignation:

• Mr. Naresh Gupta has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
• Resignation effective: Close of business hours on 26th June, 2026
• Will step down from materiality determination and disclosure authorization duties from his effective date of resignation

Appointment:

• Mr. Chander Kant will be joining as Chief Financial Officer of the Company
• Appointment effective: From June 27, 2026
• Will be additionally authorized for materiality determination and disclosure purposes effective from June 27, 2026
