A meeting of the Board of Directors of Nutraplus India Limited is scheduled to be held on 14th August, 2026, Friday at 06.00 p.m. at the company's registered office: Flat No. 204, 2nd Floor, Fortune House, Gauthan No.2, 13th Ns Road, Juhu, Vile Parle West, Mumbai-400049.
The board will consider and approve the following agenda items:
1. To consider, approve, and adopt the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report thereon.
2. To confirm the appointment of Mr. Mukesh Dhirubhai Naik (DIN: 00412896) as a Director. Mr. Naik retires by rotation and, being eligible, offers himself for re-appointment at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
3. To consider and approve the appointment of M/s. BSKY and Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 129586W), represented by CA Kalpesh Laddha (Membership No. 171416), as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of five (5) consecutive years. This appointment is subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
4. To adopt the Directors Report for the financial year 2025-26 and the Notice for the 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
5. To consider and fix the day, date, time, venue, and calendar of events in connection with the 36th Annual General Meeting.
6. To fix the dates for the closing of the Register of Members and Transfer Books in connection with the 36th AGM.
7. To appoint a Scrutinizer for reviewing E-voting and Voting through VC/OAVM at the 36th Annual General Meeting.
8. To appoint Mr. Pankaj S. Desai as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a term of five (5) financial years, commencing from FY 2026–27 to FY 2030–31.
9. To take note of compliances on SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
10. Any other items with the permission of the Chairman.
