The expected outcomes include value addition to agricultural produce, sustainable industrial development, farmer income enhancement, and employment generation.
Financial Commitment
The agreement involves proposed investments ranging from ₹100 crore to ₹130 crore.
Significant Terms of Agreement
- The MOU represents an initial expression of interest only
- The agreement remains valid for 12 months from execution, with possibility of extension by mutual agreement
- Nutricircle Limited (First Party) must obtain all necessary permissions, licenses, and clearances as required by law prior to project commencement
- The Government of Tripura (Second Party) will facilitate obtaining necessary permissions, registrations, approvals, and clearances as per existing policies and regulations
Relationship Details
The parties are not related to promoters/promoter group/group companies. The transaction does not qualify as a related party transaction.
No Additional Financial Instruments
The agreement does not involve issuance of shares, loan agreements, or security provisions.
