Nutricircle Limited has entered into a research and development agreement with CSIR-CFTRI for the development of fermented chickpea ingredients to enhance protein bioavailability and techno-functional properties.
The total project cost is Rs. 39.51 lakhs, payable in two installments, with the agreement effective from 2nd April 2026 and a term of 24 months.
The project is structured in three phases: strain screening, process optimization, and comprehensive characterization of the fermented chickpea ingredients.
