Nuvama Allots 33,912 ESOP Equity Shares

Nuvama Wealth Management Limited has approved the allotment of 33,912 equity shares to employees upon exercise of stock options/rights under the company's Employee Stock Option Scheme(s) and Employee Stock Appreciation Rights Plan.
