Nuvoco Vistas Corporation Limited has intimated the BSE Limited and The National Stock Exchange of India Limited about its upcoming 27th Annual General Meeting (5th Post-IPO).
The AGM is scheduled to be held on Monday, August 31, 2026 at 02:30 p.m. (IST) through Video Conference/Other Audio-Visual Means. The meeting will be conducted in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI.
The AGM Notice along with the Integrated Annual Report for FY 2025-26 will be filed with the Stock Exchanges and sent electronically to Members/Debenture Holders whose email addresses are registered with the Depositories, within prescribed timelines. The documents will also be available on the company's website at www.nuvoco.com.
