Nykaa Board Reappoints Four Directors for Five-Year Terms

Nykaa's board approved the reappointment of two executive directors, Adwaita and Anchit Nayar, for five-year terms starting July 2026.
The board also reappointed two independent directors, Anita Ramachandran and Milind Sarwate, for their second five-year terms.
All reappointments are subject to shareholder approval and were recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
