Oberoi Realty disclosed Q4FY26 provisional booking data to BSE & NSE under SEBI LODR Reg. 30.
Gross booking value for Q4FY26 reached ₹1,673 crore, nearly doubling from ₹836 crore in Q3FY26.
Units booked in Q4FY26 were 229, a significant increase from 78 units in the same quarter last year.
Full-year FY26 gross booking value was ₹5,447 crore, higher than FY25's ₹5,281 crore.
