Oberoi Realty entered a Development Agreement with two adjacent housing societies at Peddar Road, Mumbai on March 28, 2026.
The redevelopment covers ~4,800 sq. meters of land at M.L. Dahanukar Marg and Dr. G. Deshmukh Marg.
Oberoi Realty's free sale entitlement is estimated at up to 1.40 lakh sq. ft. (RERA Carpet Area), subject to applicable regulations.
