Oracle Financial Services Software Limited entered a definitive agreement with a US-headquartered global bank for perpetual software licensing worth ~USD 100 million (~INR 940 crore).
The Proposed Transaction includes perpetual software licensing, transition services, and personnel support for 6–9 months, subject to conditions precedent by May 29, 2026.
The deal supersedes existing software license, professional services, and support agreements with the customer and involves Oracle Corporation as co-party.
