Oil India Board Meeting on May 13 for FY26 Results

Oil India Limited intimates a board meeting scheduled for May 13, 2026, per SEBI LODR Regulation 29.
The board will consider and approve audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026.
The board will also consider recommending a final dividend for the financial year 2025-26, if any.
