Olectra adopts Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE for EVs

Olectra Greentech Ltd announced adoption of Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform to digitize electric vehicle product development.
The platform will enable model‑based design, virtual simulation, faster innovation cycles and reduced time‑to‑market for new bus and truck platforms.
Olectra currently has over 3,800 EVs deployed, an order book exceeding 10,000 vehicles and more than 550 million green kilometres logged.
Executives Mahesh Babu (Olectra) and Deepak NG (Dassault) highlighted the partnership’s role in advancing India’s EV transition and virtual‑twin engineering.
