Voting Arrangements
The company engaged National Securities Depositories Limited (NSDL) to provide remote e-voting facility and e-voting during the AGM. Remote e-voting commenced on Sunday, September 27, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. IST and ended on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. IST. Members attending the AGM who had not cast their vote remotely were provided an opportunity to vote through e-voting during the meeting.
Scrutinizer Appointment
Mr. Jinesh Dedhia, Practicing Company Secretary, was appointed as scrutinizer to oversee the voting process during the AGM and remote e-voting in a fair and transparent manner.
Results Disclosure
