Operational Status
MCC-Om (JV) has completed all contractual formalizations, including submission of the initial security deposit and agreement execution. The joint venture will execute the project under the direct supervision of the Executive Engineer, Ghodazari Canal Division, Nagbhid.
Compliance Requirements
The work scope includes strict adherence to:
- Forest Clearances: Works within designated 0.941 ha forest land will proceed in coordination with Bramhapuri Forest Division authorities
- Labour Welfare & Compliance: Compliance with Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare rules and relevant labour registration acts
Project Significance
The infrastructure project enhances water management and irrigation supply within the region, ensuring improved water distribution from the Gosikhurd Project's Ghodazari Branch Canal directly to the Ghodazari Tank.
