Omaxe Ltd's step-wholly owned subsidiary, Secure Properties Pvt Ltd, raised ₹40 crore through a private placement of unlisted NCDs.
The issuance consisted of 400 unrated, secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures with a face value of ₹10 lakh each.
