Onelife Capital Rights Issue 2.4 Cr Shares Listed

Onelife Capital Advisors received listing and trading approval from BSE and NSE for 2,40,00,000 rights issue equity shares.
Shares of Rs. 10/- face value were issued at Rs. 15/- (Rs. 5/- premium), bearing distinctive numbers 13360001 to 37360000.
Trading in the newly allotted equity shares commenced on both exchanges effective March 25, 2026.
