The scrutiny was conducted in the presence of two witnesses, Mr. Rishab and Ms. Kritika, who are not employees of the company. The scrutinizer confirmed that all resolutions were passed with the requisite majority and that all relevant voting records would remain in her custody until the Chairman approves and signs the minutes of the AGM.
