OneSource Specialty Pharma board decided to not pursue the proposed merger with SteriScience entities in its current form.
The decision follows board deliberation and in-principle approval received for the scheme on February 26, 2026.
Company will revisit the transaction after successful delivery of respective companies' FY28 guidance.
