The Board of Directors of ONGC has approved the appointment of Shri Anupam Agarwal (DIN: 09601339) as Director (Finance) of the Company. The appointment is made pursuant to letter No. CA-31012/1/2026-CA-PNG-(55700) dated 03.06.2026 issued by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India.
Shri Agarwal is not debarred from holding office by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other authority.
Term of Appointment
Effective from June 3, 2026, until the date of his superannuation on July 31, 2028, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
