Organic Recycling Systems Ltd intimated BSE of its upcoming Board meeting scheduled for May 22, 2026.
The Board will consider and approve the redemption of 0% Non-cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of ₹10 each.
The redemption may be executed in one or more tranches as per the terms of issuance.
