SBESPL will be responsible for plant performance, uptime, preventive and breakdown maintenance, safety compliance and manpower management.

According to Pankaj Tanwar, CEO – Bioenergy, Organic Recycling Systems Limited, these contracts represent a shift from project builder to long-term operational partner with five-year O&M responsibilities.

The contracts strengthen ORSL's relationship with BPCL and add to the company's growing engagement with public-sector oil marketing companies, following recent renewal of its O&M contract for the Gorakhpur CBG plant with Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL).

The projects expand ORSL's geographic presence into Karnataka and Chhattisgarh and strengthen the company's positioning in the organic municipal solid waste-to-CBG segment.
