Oricon Enterprises signed a Share Purchase Agreement on March 31, 2026 to sell 25% stake in associate Tecnocap Oriental Private Limited.
The 2,46,833 equity shares are being sold to Italy-based TGP Tecnocap Group Partecipazioni S.R.L. for a consideration of Rs. 5.50 crore.
The associate contributed a share of loss of Rs. 74.75 lakhs to Oricon in FY2024-25, indicating an underperforming investment being divested.
