Orient Bell's board approved the reappointment of Chairman Mahendra K. Daga for a three-year term from April 2027.
The board reappointed Non-Executive Director Bindiya Agrawal for one year and Independent Director K.M. Pai for a final five-year term.
Sreeji Gopinathan was appointed as a new Non-Executive Independent Director for a three-year term effective immediately.
All appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
