Orient Cement Appoints Pranjali Dubey as Company Secretary

Orient Cement's Board approved appointment of Ms. Pranjali Dubey as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (KMP) effective April 7, 2026.
The appointment was recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at a Board meeting held on March 25, 2026.
Ms. Dubey is an ICSI Associate Member with ~10 years of experience in corporate law, secretarial, and compliance roles across Adani Group and prior corporates.
