The 19th Annual General Meeting was held on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 11:00 A.M through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting was conducted pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 44 of SEBI LODR Regulations.

Voting Process and Methods

The Company availed voting facility offered by Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL) for conducting both remote e-voting and e-voting during the AGM. The remote e-voting commenced on Sunday, July 19, 2026 at 10:00 AM (IST) and ended on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 05:00 PM (IST). Members who had not voted through remote e-voting were allowed to cast votes through e-voting system during the AGM.

The notice of AGM was published in "Financial Express" (English) and "Makkal Kural" (Tamil) on June 27, 2026.

Record Keeping

The electronic data and relevant records relating to remote e-voting/e-voting shall remain in the scrutinizer's safe custody until the chairperson approves and signs the minutes, after which they will be handed over to the Company Secretary for safekeeping.
