Orient Green Power Subsidiary Executes 6.6MW Wind LOI

Orient Green Power's subsidiary Beta Wind Farm executed a Letter of Intent with Renfra Energy for 6.6MW wind capacity expansion.
The turnkey project involves two 3.3MW wind turbines in Tamil Nadu with a contract value of approximately ₹62 crores inclusive of GST.
The Engineering, Procurement and Construction contract must be executed by July 31, 2026, as approved by Beta's Investment Committee.
This domestic contract does not constitute a related party transaction and was disclosed under SEBI Listing Regulation 30 requirements.
