Orient Green Power Company Limited has submitted a regulatory disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations regarding the execution of an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract by its material subsidiary, Beta Wind Farm Private Limited.

The disclosure follows up on a previous intimation dated May 20, 2026, regarding the execution of a Letter of Intent for capacity expansion.

Approval and Authorization

The Investment/Borrowing/Banking Committee (IBBC) of Beta Wind Farm Private Limited approved:

  • Entering into the EPC contract with Renfra Energy India Limited
  • Authorizing officials to perform all necessary acts in connection with the contract
  • Revising the project commissioning date to November 30, 2026 (while retaining other material terms from the LOI)

The meeting of the IBBC was held on September 17, 2026.

Land Arrangements

One WTG will be erected on lands already acquired by Beta Wind Farm. Acquisition of land parcels for the second WTG is currently underway.

Conditions Precedent

Project commissioning is subject to:

  • Successful acquisition of land parcels for the second WTG
  • Receipt of necessary approvals from regulatory authorities
