Project cost revised upward from ₹125 crores to ₹213 crores; capacity addition of 23,400 TPA expected by FY 2029-30.
Older modernisation project (approved March 2023) with ₹239 crores incurred out of ₹475 crores sanctioned outlay has been discontinued.
