The acquisition includes marketing, distribution, and merchandising rights across theatrical, OTT, and digital platforms.
The company expects the film to strengthen revenue streams and profitability over the next 12-18 months.
The spiritual film is scheduled for release in June 2026 and was produced by Aum Sportainment Private Limited.
