Meeting Details
The 54th Annual General Meeting of Oriental Aromatics Limited was held on Tuesday, 18th August, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. The deemed venue was the Registered Office of the Company at 133, Jehangir Building, 2nd Floor, Fort, Mumbai - 400001.
The meeting was conducted in compliance with:

Attendance and Quorum
The number of shareholders as on the cut-off date (11th August, 2026) was 23,828. Total 52 shareholders attended the meeting through video conferencing. The requisite quorum was present.
Voting Arrangements
- Facility for participation was made available for 1000 members on first come first serve basis
- Remote e-voting period: 14th August, 2026 (9:00 a.m.) to 17th August, 2026 (5:00 p.m.)
- E-voting was also available during the AGM for shareholders who hadn't voted remotely
- Mr. Shreyans Jain, Practicing Company Secretary, was appointed as Scrutinizer
