The meeting will be held to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026. The Board may also consider any other matter it deems fit.
The company has implemented a trading window closure under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, effective from 1st October, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until the completion of 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026.
