Oriental Rail Infrastructure Limited has secured a domestic contract worth ₹1,37,25,000.09 (Rupees One Crore Thirty-Seven Lakh Twenty-Five Thousand and Paise Nine only) from Rail Coach Factory, Kapurthala, Indian Railways.
The contract involves the manufacturing, supply and installation of 09 sets of "one set of seats & berths set including attendant berth complete for FAC (WJC) Bangladesh Railways".
The order execution deadline is June 30, 2027.
Significant terms and conditions include delivery to RCF with 95% payment against inspection certificate issued by the nominated inspection agency and proof of dispatch/delivery of the material to consignee. The balance 5% payment will be made after receipt, inspection and acceptance of the goods by the consignee.
The company confirmed that promoters/promoter group/group companies have no interest in the entity that awarded the order, and the transaction does not qualify as a related party transaction.
