Oriental Foundry Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, executed an MoU with Hum Industrial Technology, USA, to jointly bid for an RDSO Smart Wagon tender for 346 units.
The joint venture bid, submitted on April 30, 2026, designates Oriental Foundry as the 51% lead member and Hum Industrial as the 49% non-lead member.
If successful, the project will be executed through a new Indian JV company named Hum Oriental Systems Private Limited.
