Mr. Karan Kanika Verma ceased as Managing Director of Oscar Global Ltd effective April 30, 2026, upon completion of his extended tenure.
His initial resignation effective April 10, 2026, was followed by a board-approved 20-day extension to ensure a smooth transition.
