Oswal Agro Mills Shareholders Approve CEO and Director Pay

Oswal Agro Mills shareholders approved the appointment of Ms. Shreya Choudhary as Whole-time Director and CEO at a monthly remuneration of Rs. 5 lakh.
Shareholders also approved a monthly remuneration of Rs. 25 lakh for Mr. Shael Oswal, the Non-Executive Director and Vice Chairperson.
The postal ballot e-voting was held from March 6 to April 4, 2026, with both resolutions passing with over 99.9% of votes in favor.
