Oswal Pumps re-appoints Amulya Gupta as Whole Time Director for a five-year term effective June 24, 2026.
The re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval and follows a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Mr. Gupta, with over 7 years in the pumps industry, is the son of the Chairman and brother of another Whole Time Director.
