Oswal Pumps presented its strategy as a vertically integrated solar pump manufacturer with two manufacturing facilities for pumps/motors and 570MW solar modules.
The company detailed plans to use ₹898.6M for pump capacity expansion and ₹1,536.6M to increase solar module capacity by 1,500MW through backward integration.
Oswal supplied 106,122 solar pumping systems under PM-KUSUM Scheme and reported FY26 revenue of ₹19,649M from government schemes with 1,383 distributors nationwide.
The presentation highlighted entry into rooftop solar segment under PM Surya Ghar scheme and formation of SPV for Rajasthan rooftop solar projects.
