The SPV, Oswal Doon Baran Bundi Solar Projects, was formed to execute a Letter of Award from RRECL.
Oswal Solar invested ₹60,000 for a 60% stake in the newly incorporated, non-operational entity.
The project involves design, supply, erection, and 25-year O&M of solar plants on government buildings.
