Oswal Pumps received a Letter of Empanelment from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) for 6,896 Off-Grid DC Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumping Systems.
The total contract value is approximately ₹162.06 Crore (including GST) and is to be executed within one year under the PM Kusum B Scheme.
The scope includes design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 3HP, 5HP & 7.5HP systems with a 5-year warranty and remote monitoring.
The order is not a related party transaction and the installation must be completed within 60 days from the Notice to Proceed issuance.
