Promoter Status Change

Pursuant to this offer and the transactions contemplated in the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA), the Acquirer (Saroj Kumar Choudhury) shall become the Promoter of Oxford Industries Limited. The existing promoter and promoter group will cease to be the promoter of the Target Company and shall be classified as public shareholders in accordance with Regulation 31A(10) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations.
